What this website stores on your device, and why.
In short
This website does not use analytics, advertising, social media or tracking cookies, and does not load fonts, scripts, maps or videos from other companies. Because we only use storage that is strictly necessary to make the contact form work safely, we do not need to ask for your consent and you will not see a cookie banner.

We do not store anything else in your browser (no local storage, no fingerprinting).
Server logs
Like all websites, our web server records basic technical information about each request (for example IP address, page requested and browser type) for security and fault-finding. These logs are kept for 30 days or less and are not used to profile visitors.
Links to other sites
Some links (for example supplier websites and the remote support tools) take you to other companies' websites, which have their own cookie policies. Those sites only receive information from you if you choose to follow a link.
Contact form
When you send an enquiry, your name, email address, message and any optional details are emailed to us. See our privacy policy for how we use and keep them.
