Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website.
This statement applies to this website, operated by Helpdesq Limited. Last updated: 27 October 2026.
Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, magnifiers, speech recognition or a keyboard instead of a mouse. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA.
What we have done
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and lists, and every page has a skip link to the main content.
- You can use the whole site with a keyboard alone, and the focus outline is always visible.
- Text and controls are designed for good colour contrast. Our main text and button colours are measured at 4.5:1 or better against their backgrounds.
- The layout adapts to small screens and works with zoom up to 400% without horizontal scrolling.
- Animation is minimal and is switched off if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Form fields have visible labels and error messages that are written out in text.
- The site works without JavaScript, and there are no timed sessions.
- We do not use third-party scripts, so nothing outside our control can change how pages behave.
Compliance status
We believe this website meets WCAG 2.2 level AA, based on our own checks of page structure, labels, alternative text and colour contrast. It has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility specialist, so we describe it as self-assessed rather than fully compliant.
Known limitations
- Some links open supplier and remote support websites that we do not control. Their accessibility is the responsibility of those companies.
- Documents or videos added in future may not meet the standard when first published. We will correct them or offer an alternative.

How we keep it accessible
We check structure, keyboard use and colour contrast whenever pages change, and we review this statement at least once a year.
